Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the INTERPOL Kuwait mobile application handles information. The application is intended only for authorized personnel and provides operational notifications to approved devices.
Information we process
To register a device, control access, deliver notifications, and operate the service, the application may process:
- A push-notification token and application-generated device identifier.
- Basic device information, including device model, operating system version, application version, and platform.
- A device registration code, approval status, operational mode, and the name supplied during administrator approval.
- Operational notification records and read/unread status.
- Administrative credentials and actions when authorized administrative features are used.
- Technical information needed to diagnose service errors and maintain security.
How information is used
Information is used only to register and approve devices, authenticate authorized users, deliver and display operational notifications, maintain message status, support application security, troubleshoot problems, and administer the service.
Sharing and tracking
The application does not sell personal information and does not use information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate push notifications, hosting, and application infrastructure, subject to applicable organizational requirements.
Retention and protection
Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet operational requirements, and comply with applicable policies. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
Notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Because access is organization-managed, requests concerning registration, correction, access, or deletion should be directed to the application support contact or the user’s authorized administrator. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, operational, or legal purposes.
Children
The application is not intended for children and is restricted to authorized personnel.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when application practices or requirements change. The revised effective date will be shown on this page.
