How can we help?

Guidance for installing, registering, and using the INTERPOL Kuwait operational notification application.

Restricted applicationThis service is intended for authorized personnel. Device access must be approved by your organization’s administrator.
How do I activate my device?
  1. Open the app and allow notifications when prompted.
  2. Wait for the app to display your registration code.
  3. Send your name and registration code to your authorized administrator.
  4. After approval, return to the app and check your status.
Why am I still waiting for approval?
Approval is performed by your organization’s administrator. Confirm that you sent the correct registration code, then use the status check in the app. Reinstalling the app may generate a new device registration and should only be done when instructed.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Open iPhone Settings, select Notifications, choose the INTERPOL Kuwait app, and ensure Allow Notifications is enabled. Confirm that the device has an internet connection and that access remains approved. If the problem continues, restart the app and contact your administrator.
How do I find older messages?
Open the notification list in the app. Use the search field to locate available read or unread messages. Some operational messages may expire and will no longer be available afterward.
Can I share or capture a message?
Some messages have content-protection settings chosen by an administrator. Copying or screen capture may therefore be unavailable. Follow your organization’s information-handling requirements.
What information does the app use?
The app registers device and notification identifiers, basic device details, approval status, and notification activity needed to provide the service. Access is limited to the application’s operational purpose.
